What Is A BishFix Membership
BishFix offers a simple solution for repairing your camper – and you don’t even need to bring it in to get the repair work started.
The process begins with a simple call to the BishFix help-line where a Master Certified RV Service Technician from Bish’s assists you over a video call.
Most technician consultation calls last no more than 30 minutes.
If your camper needs parts, we order them immediately after your consultation. When the warranty work is approved and all the parts are ready, you bring in your camper to be repaired.
With a BishFix Membership, your RV spends less time in the service center – our goal is to get your RV in and out of service in only 3 days.
How Much Does A BishFix Membership Cost?
If you’re a proud owner of a current RV bought from Bish’s RV or one of the dealerships Bish's has acquired, you get a BishFix membership for an entire year, absolutely free. That’s right, zero dollars!
You can call us anytime and talk to one of our technicians at no charge. You only pay for parts and labor if you have to bring it in for repairs.
How Do I Activate My BishFix Membership?
To activate your 1-Year BishFix Membership, please fill out the form on this page. Once you've submitted the form, a Bish's RV team members will verify your ownership and a confirmation email with further instructions will be emailed once verified. This process could take 7-14 business days.

How Do I Renew My BishFix Membership After 1-Year Expires?
Since this is a new service to Bish’s RV, we’re rapidly working on this process so our customers will be able to renew their BishFix memberships before their year has passed.
When it is time to renew, Bish's RV buying customers will receive a 50% off renewal discount. Please watch your email for future updates.

*Filling out the Membership Activation Request Form does not guarantee the membership will be activated. Each RV purchasing customer is verified within the Bish's RV system. Verification could take up to 7-14 business days. An email stating activation status will be sent along with further instructions. To use the BishFix service you must be with your RV and have mobile data service for SightCall to work properly. Message, data, and roaming rates may apply. See your mobile provider for details. BishFix internal data, gathered from June of 2023 to December 2023, shows on average of 40% of RV issues and repairs are resolved during the initial video call. If a customer is not a member of the BishFix service, they may be charged a fee for services rendered.
